We are proud to raise funds in Aid of The Big Issue Foundation.
Charities all across the world have been deeply impacted by COVID-19. They need as much help as possible.
The Big Issue is an award-winning weekly entertainment and current affairs magazine, which offers a new hope for homeless and vulnerably housed people across the UK. When vendors are able to sell, they buy magazines for £1.50 and sell to the public for £3, keeping the difference. In this way the magazine provides them with the means to earn a legitimate income.
To complement the self-help ethos of The Big Issue magazine, The Big Issue Foundation was established in 1995 as an independently registered charity to support Big Issue vendors to rebuild their own pathways to a better future.
Registered charity by the Charity Commission in England & Wales (no 1049077).
On the verge of retirement, Stephen and Debra Else are offering you the chance to win their 4 bedroom Spanish Villa on the sunny Costa Blanca, Spain. Set on 2.5 acres of land this villa could be yours for just the price of a coffee, while supporting The Big Issue Foundation.
My father and I built our family home together nearly 20 years ago. My father aches too much to build anymore and my mother recently retired from her work in a care home caring for the elderly. My parents relocated to Malta to help me with the family business and considering that they are at the point of retiring they have decided to give away the family home to move forward with the next stage of their lives. My parents are remaining in Malta and we no longer have a substantial use for our family home and as a result it is currently not being used.
Below you can see a variation of photos during the construction phase of the villa. My father and I built the property together. It is here where he taught me much of what I know in the building trade. My father has always aimed to achieve the best results possible evidence of which are in his work. On one of those photos below you will see our 5 star accommodation used for part of the building stage of the villa :)
Casa Juanita comes with a large swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very large indoor and outdoor terrace, a 1 car garage and 2.5 acres of land.
Casa Juanita is located in a quaint un-touched Spanish village called Aguas de Busot, an area that Queen Victoria once visited due to the quality of the local water. Set nicely in the Spanish countryside, you will find local grocery shops, bars, restaurants, taxi services, bus services, primary school, local library, pharmacy, church, butcher, post office, sports facilities and more – all within the same village.
Casa Juanita is located half way between Benidorm and the city of Alicante with each of them being approximately a 20 minute drive away. The Costa Blanca weather has repeatedly been voted amongst one of the world’s healthiest climates and enjoys sun most of the year round.
What would you do if you won this beautify dream home? Relocate to Sunny Spain, use it as a holiday home, an Air BnB business, will it get you on the property ladder? There are many options available to you. All for the price of a coffee.
Help support The Big Issue Foundation (charity number 1049077) who need your help and support more than ever.
Sincerely, Martin Else.
South Facing Property
The villa has been designed as a south facing property keeping the light in and around the house year-round. The villa also has panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
